Assessor for the Shippers chapter of the Shipping and Logistics Committee of France’s Quality Assurance Association (AFAQ) from 1998 to 2001.

As a member of the board of CIF (Comité Interprofessionnel du Fret des aéroports parisiens – Paris Airports Freight Industry Council), I took part in an industry effort to develop the Certification file for “Services for developing and managing conformance standards and indicators relating to ground handling of freight on an airport”, approved by the QUALICERT Cross-Industry Committee meeting on March 8, 2002.

Definition of performance indicators. KPI’s for national and international transport.
Analysis of processes, making it possible to determine:
– What function does what, why, when, for what other function and within what period of time.
– Which function needs what, when, how, and from whom to better satisfy its customers.
